Artwork Guidelines
- Max print area for garments: 35cm W x 45cm H (artwork is resized to suit your garment size)
- If your artwork is placed outside of our guidelines it will be cut off. Read our full guidelines here.
- PNG file preferred with a transparent background, JPG is also accepted but will require the background to be removed. If you can not do this yourself please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.
- Do not upload any other file types such as PDF, SVG, EPS etc. Printing full colour photographs with a background is OK!
- Save files at the highest resolution possible (between 200 to 300 DPI) and at the largest size possible to accommodate any resizing involved. For DTG, we can print below 150 DPI but this may result in an overall 'soft' image.
- For DTF all artwork MUST be between 200 to 300 DPI. Fine lines and small details should also be between 1-2mm thick.

We specialise in direct to garment printing which is a very similar concept to your at home digital printer. It involves the use of ink that is sprayed directly onto your garment which is then quickly absorbed into the fabric. For coloured garments an underbase is first applied to help the coloured ink pop on top. Only select styles (AS Colour Heavy tees and tanks + faded tees and tanks) will be printed using our direct to film print method.Can bring my own apparel/merchandise for you to print on?
No, we do not print on supplied garments. We only print on items we have thoroughly tried and tested so that we can guarantee you the best possible print result. We have discounted rates with all our major wholesalers, so you can be sure you're getting a great deal.Can I get a a better deal if I buy more than 10 items?

I purchased this as a gift for my son in law who is a chef. He saw the product at an event at Yankee stadium and was impressed. I’m sure he will be delighted with it on Christmas morning. It’s a beautiful item, thank you.

Bag itself is okay good quality but , kinda big kinda bulky. Doesn’t have a zipper pocket like it says in the description. Doesn’t seem fit for Japanese style knifes, the handles have a hard time fitting. Knives don’t fit with wooden sayas so that’s kinda a bummer. Tried contacting about returning since it was a gift but missed the window. Website says 14 days but apparently you have to send a request 7 days after an order. Very disappointing from their response was they could do nothing and they didn’t really seem to care about customer satisfaction. The bag was over $150 and only really holds knives. Not very practical if you have a lot of utensils.
I have still not received my knife bag 2 1/2 weeks later. Customer service is awful too.
So easy to use and very helpful. The leather is nice, I feel like it'll just get better with age. And the canvas inside is great too.
