Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if you believe there is a defect in the product, please contact our customer service team at sales@boldric.com. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly

The time required to receive customized purchases depends on the project. Typically, it takes 3–7 business days for customization.

Your entire order will ship once all customizations are completed. If you wish to receive stock, non-customized items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Wash and Care Instruction

To wash aprons and clothing, machine wash in warm water with colors. Avoid using bleach, as it significantly shortens the lifespan of the garments. Tumble dry on low and remove them promptly to minimize wrinkles and maintain their quality. For the best results, always follow the care instructions provided on the label.

Aprons and clothing can be dry cleaned, but it is recommended to wash them in cold to warm water with mild detergent to preserve their quality. To prevent shrinkage, tumble dry on low or hang to air dry. If you prefer to dry clean, light starching is suggested. All apparel is made from pre-washed, pre-shrunk fabrics to minimize shrinkage, but gentle care, such as low heat tumble drying or air drying, is advised to maintain the garment’s condition.

To care for knives, hand wash them with soap and water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Regularly hone the blade, and sharpen twice a year for most users.

DO NOT put knives in the dishwasher, use them on hard foods like bones or frozen items, or use them for unintended purposes. Proper care will keep your knives in top condition.

To clean leather products without damaging them, start by using a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or dirt. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen a cloth with water and mild soap (like baby soap or a leather cleaner). Gently wipe the surface, avoiding soaking the leather. After cleaning, dry the item with a soft cloth and apply a leather conditioner to maintain its suppleness and prevent cracking.

Shipping charges are typically determined based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. These charges are applied collectively to the first items shipped in your order. If any items are on backorder, they will not incur additional shipping costs, as the shipping fee for the entire order is calculated and charged upfront when the first shipment is made.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies for returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be sent via insured mail. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized, embroidered, or used products. If an item is on backorder, it means that it is temporarily out of stock, but additional inventory is on the way. When you place an order for a backordered item, you will receive priority fulfillment once the new stock arrives.

Yes, you can change or cancel backordered items, as long as the item has not been processed. To make any changes, you can contact us via filling the  contact form or email for assistance.
