Inspired by his early days in the restaurants of NYC, Ali Loukzada wanted to recreate a butcher knife roll made to withstand the lifestyle of a modern chef. After crafting the very first 17-pocket leather knife bag in 2010, Chef Ali took his knife roll back into the kitchen of Buddakan in NYC to put it to the test. After sending the first bag through rigorous trials in the kitchen and as other chefs began to take notice, Loukzada set out to create a bold line of chef wear and gear that is designed, tested, and perfected by Chef.
