At Boldric, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns on some products such as non-embroidered, non-altered, or unused items within 14 days of purchase. There is a 10% Restocking Fee for returned items. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without a receipt, or after 14 days from the original date of delivery. Merchandise can only be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, Boldric cannot accept returns for custom order items, embroidered items or show any signs of use including, but not limited to, embroidery/personalization, alterations, laundering, damage, odors, stains, or other markings. Additionally, Boldric cannot accept turns on products considered Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, Face Masks. If your return shows any signs of use or wear, the item will not be accepted and will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. Please send all items for return via insured USPS mail with Return Receipt, insured UPS, or Federal Express (FedEx) shipping. If you have purchased from a trusted partner, please contact them directly for any returns. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from a third party. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of the Boldric return policy.
Returns
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for a return request, otherwise, orders are not eligible for returns. A return shipping fee must be paid by the customer. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following 2 conditions:- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It’s a low-quality product or inaccurate from the description.
