CARE

Wash in cold to warm water with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang to dry to avoid shrinking. Hot steam iron to remove deep-set wrinkles. Dry cleaning possible with light starching only. All coats are made from pre-washed fabrics, also known as pre-shrunk, to eliminate initial shrinkage. However, to better protect your Boldric chef coat, tumble dry on low heat setting or hang to air dry.

Treat individual stains before washing or soak in cold water to lift set-in stains. Further information available upon request for additional stain treatment options.

This style is in stock in our Brisbane warehouse and can be printed in 3-5 business days. Add our RUSH service for same day printing (when ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday). More sizes are available and can be ordered here.

Artwork Guidelines

• Max print area for garments: 35cm W x 45cm H (artwork is resized to suit your garment size)
• If your artwork is placed outside of our guidelines it will be cut off. Read our full guidelines here.
• PNG file preferred with a transparent background, JPG is also accepted but will require the background to be removed. If you can not do this yourself please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.
• Do not upload any other file types such as PDF, SVG, EPS etc. Printing full colour photographs with a background is OK!
• Save files at the highest resolution possible (between 200 to 300 DPI) and at the largest size possible to accommodate any resizing involved. For DTG, we can print below 150 DPI but this may result in an overall ‘soft’ image.
• For DTF all artwork MUST be between 200 to 300 DPI. Fine lines and small details should also be between 1-2mm thick.

What print method do you use?

We specialise in direct to garment printing which is a very similar concept to your at home digital printer.

It involves the use of ink that is sprayed directly onto your garment which is then quickly absorbed into the fabric. For coloured garments an underbase is first applied to help the coloured ink pop on top.

Only select styles (AS Colour Heavy tees and tanks + faded tees and tanks) will be printed using our direct to film print method.

Can bring my own apparel/merchandise for you to print on?

No, we do not print on supplied garments. We only print on items we have thoroughly tried and tested so that we can guarantee you the best possible print result.

Can I have different items in my order to reach the discounts?

Yes of course! You can have a range of styles, colours, sizes and designs in your order to hit our bulk discount ranges.

Can I combine multiple orders or add to my order?

We unfortunately can not add to or combine orders, please double-check your cart before checking out!
